Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wesslink Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The item is not as described
To be eligible for a return and potential refund:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and contents
- Proof of purchase is required (order number)
⚠️ Returns without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect use of the product
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items not in original condition
- Minor cosmetic differences (e.g. color variations due to lighting)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
📩 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Your order number
We will:
- Replace the item FREE of charge OR
- Issue a full refund
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this, your order may already be processed or shipped.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us
